The quicker you ship your device the quicker you get paid. We provide you with a 1-3 day shipping label and once we receive your device we typically inspect it and send payment that you chose the same day. Payments may be delayed if the device you send is not as described when you filled out description on our website. if it is not as you described we will adjust our offer, email you the details, and it is up to you to accept it or decline the new offer. If you accept our offer then we pay you the adjusted payment, if you decline we then ship your item back to you free of charge.

If your item gets lost on the way to us we will pay you out the quote given to you for your item.

NO we do not buy any items that are reported lost or stolen at the time of sale. All serial numbers and or IMEI numbers will be checked upon arrival. If we any items as lost or stolen we will attempt to locate the rightful owner of the device and will not return the device to the seller and no payment shall be issued.

We buy single items or large quantities. There is no minimum or maximum number of items we accept, if you have a large quantity of phones we can possibly do better with our buy back price, just contact us and we can discuss your options.
